Reuters has posted a list of debt maturities (bonds and loans) for Dubai through 2012 by issuer.

I wish I could get a share of the forthcoming restructuring work (assuming of course that the fees would actually be paid!)

You could price up the retainer and include milestone payments so that the fee wasn't all back ended.
